Graduated from the Girls High School of Yamoussoukro (Côte d’Ivoire), the Centre for Studies and Research on International Development (CERDI, France), the Adam Smith Institute of London, the Insead of Fontainebleau and the Civil Service College of Singapore.

As  Cote  d’Ivoire  Secretary of state  in  charge  of public governance,  Special  adviser  to prime ministers, Head of the gender division at the African development bank, and Directors of several private companies and foundations, Ms YOMAN developed a reputed leadership in public governance, development strategies and operational management

She is currently the founder and managing director of Victorys Conseil, a firm specialized in advisory services.
